Purchasing inspection scope:

1. After the product arrives at BuyChinaMade, professional quality inspectors will inspect the appearance of the product. Such as color, large area of damage, stains, size, model, version number, etc. (For clothing products, please refer to your product remarks or final changes later. The inspection is based on the size on the product label and hangtag. Judgment, color difference, size and other errors are not within the scope of inspection);

2. Electronic and digital products are special goods. The quality inspector only checks the appearance of the goods and whether the accessories are complete. They cannot turn on the goods to check whether there are quality problems;

3. After you receive the goods, if there are any problems with the goods caused by the inspection, you can apply for after-sales service.

Package transshipment inspection rules:

1. If the package meets the signature requirements, the warehouse will weigh it according to the weight of the package after receipt;

2. When signing for a package, if it is found that the outer packaging is seriously damaged or does not meet the delivery requirements, it will be directly rejected or returned.

1. Check "Unboxing and Inspection" and we will conduct inspection based on the product link and remarks you provided. When you submit a transshipment order, please provide accurate and detailed product purchase information (such as product color, quantity, size, etc.); if "unpacking and inspection" is not checked, the warehouse will not do unpacking and inspection in principle;

2. Color difference, size error, usage effect, etc. are not within the scope of inspection; electronic and digital products are special commodities, and the quality inspector only inspects the appearance of the products and does not conduct startup inspection;

3. For information that cannot be confirmed, such as if the product has no obvious damage, contamination or other obvious problems, we will assume that you and the merchant have communicated and reached an agreement;

4. After receiving the goods, we find that your goods do not meet the requirements of transportation conditions. We will put a special mark on the relevant order to remind you to negotiate the return.
